Probation salary maps directly to a candidate's first 3 months in the role. It keeps the fee proportional to the seniority of the hire while staying entry-level transparent. It is how we get to a yes faster than the market average.
What counts as "highly technical"?
Senior, lead, and staff roles. Specialist tracks like ML, security, and infrastructure. Multi-stack roles where the ideal candidate covers more than 3 distinct technologies.
Do prices include the technical assessment?
No. Assessments are optional add-ons. We recommend them for highly technical roles and skip them for senior hires when references are strong.
Can we get a custom plan?
Yes. If you are hiring 5+ roles a quarter or want a multi-year partnership, we structure custom pricing.
