Is VoxHire only for Lebanese companies?
No. Lebanese SMBs and startups are our primary market. We also place engineers into GCC and EU companies hiring remote MENA talent.
Can you hire for non-tech roles?
Not at this stage. VoxHire is tech-only by design. That focus is the moat.
What is the catch on the replacement guarantee?
No catch. One free replacement per placement, within the first 3 months. Standard probationary period.
What if we already have an in-house recruiter?
Then placement is the right service. Hiring-as-a-Service is for teams without one.
Do you require exclusivity?
No. You can run multiple agencies in parallel. We are confident in our shortlist quality.
