We are builders. VoxHire is what happens when builders run hiring.
Voxire is a digital agency in Beirut, founded in 2023. We have shipped 30+ projects and built RTYLR, a commerce OS used in 20+ countries. VoxHire takes that engineering depth and puts it behind tech recruiting.
The Voxire story.
Voxire was founded in 2023 to fix a specific problem: businesses splitting tech work across multiple agencies with poor coordination. A developer here, a marketing agency there, a designer somewhere else. Nobody owning the outcome.
We built Voxire as the alternative: one team, end-to-end, from the first line of code to the first paying customer. Then we built RTYLR, our SaaS commerce platform, now live in 20+ countries. We did not just advise. We shipped.
VoxHire is the next step. Lebanese tech talent is some of the most underrated in the world. We have spent years working with the best of it. Now we are building the service to put that talent into the right teams, fast.
The two people behind Voxire.
Abed El-Fattah Amouneh

A specific, defensible talent supply.
01Engineering culture
Strong CS programs at AUB, LAU, USJ, and Notre Dame. A long history of Lebanese engineers building serious systems abroad.
02English proficiency
Most Lebanese engineers work in English by default. No translation overhead with GCC or EU clients.
03Time zone
GMT+2/+3 overlaps the GCC, all of Europe, and the East Coast US. The right hours for whoever you serve.
04Cost
Lebanese engineering rates are 30-60% below GCC market for equivalent quality. That is real arbitrage, not a marketing line.
